The One-and-Only Jack White

Style Icon

With his first solo CD (imagine that!) dropping late next month, and a tour to follow, the ex-White Striper shows his true colors. Here, an appreciation of his awesome cowboy-goth style.

Lindsay Lohan was a car-wreck hosting “SNL” earlier this month. Leave it to the musical guest to have kept us all up late and in goose-bump anticipation.

Playing the Stones-y “Love Interruption” along with soul singer Ruby Amanfu, and then the rave-up “Sixteen Saltines, he displayed how it is done like no other musician alive today. Some may have thought that White had spread himself as thin as chiffon with his multiple side bands and producing projects, but the two songs were evident that he’s found himself while living down in East Nashville and free from super-model Karen Elson (as well as Meg White).

The music is everything, but style is always a part of the Traveling Jack White Medicine Show. The first song he performed with an all-girl band, the latter, with all black cats dressed to the nines. Respect was the word.

The CD, entitled “Blunderbuss,” comes out April 24th, but music videos are streaming. Check them out. Below are some new photos of the coolest man in rock showbiz, a Man in Full.

Also, some of his upcoming tour dates not to miss. We may even road trip to Gulf Shores for this one.
