London Festival of Photography is spread over the month of June and several different venues, ranging from small pubs to national museums such as the V&A (although the focus is Bloomsbury this year). Highlights of what is a diverse and often politically charged series of events include the Gaddafi Archives, depicting the country pre-2011; Simon Roberts’ Let This Be A Sign, exploring recessionary Britain; a Victorian lantern slide show at Conway Hall; and an evening with Jodi Bieber (famous for her iconic portraits of Afghani women) at the Foto8 gallery. http://www.lfph.org/
