Bonnaroo, who? The Treasure Island Music Festival is the Next Big-Little Thing

San Francisco

A bounty of awesome altie bands hitting the Bay stages–pre-plan accordingly.

In its seventh year, San Francisco’s Treasure Island Music Festival, held at the Bill Graham Civic, has a great line-up this fall, including Atoms For Peace, Beck, Animal Collective, Major Lazer, James Blake, Little Dragon, Sleigh Bells, Phantogram, Japandroids, Disclosure, Real Estate, among many others.

Why not plan in advance? Here’s the deets on the Oct. 19th-20th shows:

“Two-Day Early Bird tickets will go on-sale with limited availability at a price of $130, Friday, May 31st at 10 AM PDT via the Treasure Island website.

Once they are gone, 2-Day Advance tickets ($140) will be available, followed by 2-Day Regular tickets ($150) once the Advance tickets have sold out.  2-Day VIP tickets ($275) will also be available on this day, in addition to 2-Day On-Island Parking Passes ($70). Ticket prices include shuttle service to Treasure Island from the Bill Graham Civic in San Francisco.”
