Since it’s 2002 inception, TriBeCa Film Festival has screened over 1400 pieces, spanning 80-plus countries around the globe. In short: It’s one productive ‘tween.

While festival-long passes are in high-demand (and likely sold out by the time you read this), there’s plenty to see for festival newbies. Namely, a public outdoor screening series on the waterfront at Brooklfield Place and an end-of-festival “Awards Day Pass” which grants access to a hodgepodge of festival favorites and winners, plus one last chance to chat up panel speakers from journalist Robin Roberts to director Lee Daniels.
