The (tasty) view from new dining spot Parachute
There are few things we love more than an adorable husband and wife team taking the business world by storm. One being when they invite us over for dinner.
So the fact that Beverly Kim and John Clark are the paramour duo behind Parachute, a neighborhood restaurant “with a Korean point of view”, comes as welcome news on both the “Yum” and “Awww” scales.
Sweet back stories aside, their genre-bending menu delivers: some of the many highlights include steak tartar with ground ivy, quinoa udon with ham broth and a shrimp and rice cake hot pot, and oysters dashed with soju granita.
A breakout hit? Indeed.
