Watch hilarious booky peeps get fierce and fiery
See acclaimed authors and writers fight to the death (with words) at the Literary Death Match March 3rd created and hosted by the colorful Adrian Todd Zuniga at Largo at the Coronet.
This lively, raucous, and highly competitive reading series pits acclaimed or burgeoning authors against one another to perform their best material in front of three chatty judges. The four authors have seven minutes each to knock our literary socks off, after which two finalists are chosen—on merit and “intangibles”—to duke it out for the evening’s championship.
See the killer lineup for the March 3rd show below:
Literary Merit: Jason Reitman, award-winning writer/director of Up in the Air, Juno and Labor Day
Performance: Rhys Darby, comedian and actor in Flight of the Conchords & Netflix’s Short Poppies
