Revenge. Beauty. Blindness.
What satisfaction can a blind man take from visiting an exotic dancer? Could there be anything more intriguing?
Indian-Canadian novelist and playwright Anosh Irani explores the harsh world of exotic dancing in Mumbai in his play Bombay Black, part of the Factory Theatre’s provocative Naked Season. Never fear, it’s not all grit and darkness, the unexpected love story, triggered by a knock at the door, sets into motion a hilarious and mysterious chain of events that will grip you until the curtain falls. The play opens November 17th and will run through December 6th. We suggest snapping up tickets now before it sells out.
