Here’s the tour and tasting that explains it all
At the Copperworks Distilling Company, Seattle’s oldest distillery, you can now have your history lesson while sipping gin and whiskey—if only school could have been this fun.
At their stunning waterfront space, just across the street from a few of Seattle’s most Instagrammed spots, you can try some of their signature gin, vodka and be the first try their all-malt whiskey, aged in charred, new American Oak barrels. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at their stills, barreling process and fermenters.
Tours run on Fridays at 5pm and Saturdays at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. They fill up quickly so we suggest booking in advance here.
