Grab a Pumpkin Beer Instead
Beer festivals didn’t die with the summer. In fact, here’s one that celebrates the chillier season. The 12th annual Great Pumpkin Beer Festival brings the city to Elysian Fields in the North Lot of CenturyLink Field, where more than eighty pumpkin beers will be poured. You’re encouraged to wear orange and get your taste buds ready for some nutmeg. The main event is a giant, several-hundred pound pumpkin that is scooped, scorched, and filled with Elysian beer. At the festival, it’s tapped for you to enjoy. After a few draughts, you might even come up with ideas for a holiday costume.
