Need some holiday entertaining inspiration? The talented bar team at The Cape Hotel has three fabulous holiday cocktail recipes that will last you through the season – each flavorful, festive, and inspired by the beauty and bounty of Cabo San Lucas! Cheers to that.

BERRY CHRISTMAS

  • 2oz red wine
  • 1oz raspberry puree
  • 1oz orange juice
  • ¾ oz sugar
  • 10 mint leaves

Serve all ingredients in a shaker glass, add ice and shake. Pour into cocktail glass and decorate with a raspberry and mint skewer.

MARY BREEZE

  • 2oz cucumber puree
  • 1oz lime juice
  • 1oz chamomile syrup
  • 3ox white wine
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 2 dash of angostura bitter

Serve all ingredients in a shaker glass, muddle the mint, add ice and shake well. Pour (strained) into an old fashioned glass and decorate with a rosemary sprig and a dash angostura bitter.

SPICED EVE

  • 2oz. Red wine
  • 3pc. Clove,
  • 1pc. Cinnamon stick
  • 1pc. Lemon peel
  • 1pc. Orange juice
  • Sugar to taste

Boil the red wine with the spices, let it stand by for 20 minutes. Add sugar and serve in a cocktail glass with ice and decorate with an orange wheel, raspberry and a mint sprig.
