Fresh Fish Fest
At the end of the month, three days of fine wines and dining will fuel Seattle. From February 22nd to 24th, the Seattle Food & Wine Experience gives tourists and locals the chance to eat and drink the best of what the city can cook up. The event is celebrating its ten year anniversary—it’s still new enough to spur excitement, and the organizers have connected with ever more talented chefs and local eateries.
It all begins on Thursday with low-key comfort food. Head over to SODO Park and indulge in mac and cheese, fried chicken, craft brews, and more. The eats hail from local gastropubs. Don’t miss the burger bar. On Friday night, start your weekend with Pop! Bubbles & Seafood. At McCaw Hall, you’ll enjoy salmon, clams, oysters, Spanish Cava, Italian Prosecco, and more. Saturday ushers in The Grand Tasting, where gourmet bites accompany wines from the Northwest and beyond, and you’ll find Thompson Seattle’s very own team from Scout PNW!
