A Savory Celebration
We love typical Nashville fare, but sometimes you need a little Cajun spice. Just after Mardi Gras, celebrate the region’s cuisine during one of the city’s biggest food and wine weekends. Pairings with the Big Easy, from February 22 to 24 at City Winery, provides three evenings of food, fun, and drinking fare.
On Thursday the 22nd, enjoy one of many Private Vintner Dinners. Located at private homes around the city, these events feature culinary creations by major chefs. On Friday, the Wined Up! dinner offers another boozy evening. On Saturday, attend an auction that doubles as a six-course meal (each course designed by a different chef). Just make sure you’re sober enough to raise your paddle at the correct time.
