A Slice of Heaven
NYC has seen a number of interactive art exhibitions dedicated to food, but The Museum of Pizza is the most culturally relevant to date.
The “museum,” which prefers to go by #MoPi, is unabashedly Instagrammable. Every room offers a unique selfie experience, including a “Pizza Beach,” a “stalactite-inspired” cheese cave, and a curated selection from the world’s largest collection of vintage pizza boxes. There are surprises throughout and enough variety to keep it fun.
After all that, you’re probably desperate for a slice. Don’t despair: the final room is a pizza parlor. A free slice from Williamsburg Pizza is included in the $35 price of entry.
The Museum of Pizza is open for a limited time only, from October 13th to November 18th. Grab tickets here.
