Chef Enrique Olvera reenvisions Mexican food. A culinary innovator and multi award-winner, Chef Olvera runs some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, including Pujol in Mexico City and Cosme in New York City. He envisioned MANTA as The Cape’s culinary centerpiece, a celebration of Pacific Rim traditions with inspiration from Mexico, Japan, Peru, and beyond. With a dramatic view of el arco, MANTA maintains a Baja sensibility, casual but tasteful.
While day-to-day execution of his vision is entrusted to our Chef de Cuisine, Abisai Sanchez, Chef Olvera returns to MANTA to kickoff the fall season. For one night only, on October 19th, Chef Olvera will prepare a special “raw dinner.” Contact the restaurant for booking information.
