A Super Charged Asana
Aerial yoga, also know as anti-gravitational yoga, is a fun way to change up your practice and work off all those delicious tacos.
Supported by a soft hammock, you’ll work with gravity to relax and realign the body, center the mind, and uplift the spirit. You’ll explore, advance, and refine your asana, on the ground as well as in the air. Changing your relationship with gravity promises a different kind of body awareness and added confidence in your inversions. Working in a small group with a lot of instructor attention, it’s also a perfect opportunity for beginners.
You’ll finish off the practice with a guided meditation as you relax in the hammock. Namaste!
