Warmer Winter Wonders
Navy Pier invites you to reconnect with your inner child this holiday season. For the fifth year running, they’ve transformed Chicago’s iconic 170,000 square foot festival hall into an indoor winter wonderland. Winter Wonderfest boasts an ice rink, rides, and 500 Christmas trees adorned with 25,000 ornaments.
We recommend getting there on a Tuesday or Sunday afternoon to see aerialist troop Ataraxia who, dressed up as Sugar Plum Fairies, will spin acrobatics tricks overhead. For a great selfie backdrop, check out PASSAGE, a violet light tunnel and temporary art installation. All tickets include a ride on the Centennial Wheel, the 200-foot Ferris wheel boasting unparalleled views of the city—plus temperature-controlled gondolas.
Skip the line and grab tickets in advance here. Open until January 9th.
