Local Gastronomy

Just a stone’s throw from Los Cabos, the small town of Miraflores makes for a relaxed, traditional, tranquil day trip. This month, there’s even more reason to visit: the third annual Festival Sabores de Baja.

This local food festival celebrates the region’s commitment to sustainable farming, seasonal produce, and regional recipes. Some of the best restaurants in the region gather at the Doñe Pame restaurant to present a variety of local dishes that go far beyond tacos and tostadas.

Music, dancing, and wine are equally important traditions in the region and local band Cinnamon Duet will provide a soundtrack. As well as a fun day, the festival promises a truly authentic experience which benefits the whole town. Your stomach and dancing feet will thank you. March 31st.
