Oenophilia and Foodie Fun
With the abundance of shellfish and heirloom produce native to Washington state, it makes sense that Seattle should host the largest single-region culinary event in the nation. Now in its 22nd year, Taste Washington festival returns to host 65 restaurants and some of the nation’s most talented chefs.
It’s not just about food: 235 wineries will also be in attendance with some events focused squarely on wine. The New Vintage is a chance to sample some of the state’s best wine along with chef-prepared small bites.
If you can only make it to one event, we recommend trying to snag a seat for the rotating demonstrations at the Chef’s Table on Saturday. The roster of chefs hold dozens of awards and television credits between them, along with decades of experience at some of the most respected restaurants in the world.
Taste Washington is a four-day affair, running March 28th–31st. Check out the full schedule and get tickets here.
