Summer on Screen
There are various places to catch outdoor movies this summer, but the pavilion at Millennium Park on a Tuesday has the best screen, and perhaps the best line-up. From coming-of-age dramedy Love, Simon to Ang Lee’s martial arts epic Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, its screenings are eclectic and sure to satisfy. The line-up culminates with a filmic celebration of the city, Chicago-set comedy My Big Fat Greek Wedding.
What’s more, alcohol is allowed so bring a bottle of wine with that picnic. Arrive early to snag a lawn on chair, otherwise bring a blanket and hunker down. Shows begin at 6:30.
