Hot Chicken With a Cajun Twist
Nashville certainly doesn’t lack places for hot chicken, but Party Fowl provides a unique spin on the tradition. Hailing from New Orleans, Executive Chef Bart Pickens began his career working under Popeyes Chicken’s Al Copeland and brings a special Cajun flare to the menu.
In addition to their stellar hot chicken, you’ll find here “Nashville hot” catfish po’ boys, as well as a selection of sides not limited to the white bread/pickle refrain so common to other places. Everything here is made from scratch, including all sides and salad dressings.
And while many restaurants in town can serve up a fine hot chicken, Party Fowl is the only place in Nashville with not just one but two full service bars. Try one of their twenty local brews on tap or, why not?, go for a cocktail. Alongside artisanal classics like the Old Fashioned, Party Fowl specializes in refreshing frozen slushies, including mimosas and watermelon frozés. And if you have room for dessert, don’t miss the Bourbon Bushwacker, Party Fowl’s boozy chocolate milkshake and signature drink.
