Sports Fishing Excitement
Bisbee’s Black and Blue Competition has been described as the Super Bowl of sports fishing. For over 30 years, the Bisbee family has hosted this annual competition, which has set world records for how much it has paid in prizes. Paying out over $4 million in 2006, this is a serious business with winners taking polygraph tests and an on-site biologist to ensure the prize-winning fish were caught that day.
However, more than that, Bisbee’s brings a giant party to Cabo. The five-day festival begins with outlandish opening ceremonies outside Puerto Paraiso Mall on October 20. This year, performances include a Pre-Colombian New Fire Dance and a Japanese Taiko Drum performance. October 20th–27th.
