After the success of the inaugural event last year, the Red Bull Music Festival returns to Chicago for two weeks of events and parties celebrating the city’s thriving musical community. From November 17th to 30th, more than forty artists will take turns in a schedule filled with one-of-a-kind performances, exciting club nights, and inspired conceptual performances.

The lineup boasts the likes of Chicago native Lupe Fiasco, who’ll be performing his 2006 debut studio album Food & Liquor in full; Jamila Woods, presenting her latest work Legacy! Legacy! in a special stripped-down performance accompanied by film collage, found footage, photos, and commentary; Tierra Whack, presenting her “latest grand-scale live format” called Whack Factory, and many, many more.

The Festival will close, on November 29th and 30th, with the annual John Walt Day celebration tribute concert by Saba and Pivot Gang. Once again this year, all proceeds from the concert go to the John Walt Foundation, providing mentorship and scholarship to young artists in Chicago.
