Dan Tana Redeux

After 23 years behind the reservations stand of West Hollywood’s fabled, manly Dan Tana’s steakhouse and pasta joint, general manager Craig Susser is calling it quits, and opening his own restaurant nearby, aptly named Craig’s. We’re seeing a kind of Da Silvano-Bar Pitti catfight in the making-but perhaps not. The guy never burned bridges and Boystown could use a few more men, so to speak. The opening is expected to be by Thanksgiving. We’re hoping that as he did at Dan Tana’s, crazy man James Woods will stop by and seat tables now and again. Stay tuned.
