For Thanksgiving this year, Little Dom’s in Los Angeles is going to be offering 12-pound, organic, free-range, deep-fried turkeys with giblet gravy, courtesy of one-time New Orleans chef Brandon Bodet. They’ll be 50 of them available, so act fast and order-no, seriously! For just $75 a pop, it will feed six to eight, but in Hollywood, more like 12. And DO NOT call it, “Turkey Day,” please.
