Wound Up!

Retro-watch is anything but.

Originally introduced in 1958, the Breitling Transocean Chronograph was designed to be the ultimate pilot’s companion, a wristwatch befitting the new breed of transatlantic jets and the men who were man enough to fly them. The high-performance, shock-resistant and damned good-looking timepiece has since become a coveted collector’s item. Now the storied Swiss company is re-launching it in an updated limited edition. The new version features Breitling’s Caliber 01 in-house movement, and comes in stainless steel (our pick) or rose gold with a leather or crocodile strap or woven steel mesh bracelet. You don’t need a pilot’s license to wear one but it will definitely give you a dose of high-flying style.
