Sick of namby-pambies? This fall, book publishers are rolling out tomes–both photo and biographical–about three of the world’s most manly and iconic greats. Cooper, Wayne and “Papa” never truly tried to look chic or iconic. Only Cooper was truly known as a clothes horse among them, but all on their off time pulled off that X Factor thing that all men wish they had. We’ll give you more details on all three books closer to their publication. In the meantime, put them on your non-academic must-reading lists now. And as for John Wayne, as is evident in the photo here, he hardly ever wore a ten-gallon hat while cruising Rodeo Drive.
