Chicago’s new GT Fish & Oyster looks as good as it tastes.
We won’t even mind eating at a group table at GT Fish & Oyster, the new River North spot opened by the super-cool owners of Girl & the Goat. The lines of the room are simply yar, as streamlined and teak-warm as the Honey Fitz. Italian chef Giuseppe Tentori has his eye on the sea, not the pasta, and we have it on the oyster bar.
