Currently on exhibit at Whisper Galery in London through January 15th are dope “portraits” of boom boxes by Lyle Owerko, who spent years locating vintage ’70s boom boxes, from Tokyo to the States. His work culminated in a neato-coffee table book published last year, with an intro by Spike Lee. The show isn’t up long, so cross the pond.
