The Los Angeles Film Festival is a 5-day long event featuring movie screenings, panels and networking opportunities. The festival aims to expose LA audiences, both animation professionals to “civilians,” to great animation from the US and around the world as well as to celebrate these great filmmakers and their accomplishments. This year LAAF will feature a charity screening of The Iron Giant with director Brad Bird, a revival of Team America: World Police, a special screening of the first Shrek to celebrate its Oscar win, and much more.
