The set designs that bring performances to life are the subject of this exhibition at the V&A that runs from March until September. Performance here is refreshingly considered in its broadest sense and includes the stage sets of Lady Gaga’s 2009/10 tour (created by Es Devlin). Among the other artists featured in the costumes, models, drawings and photographs are Antony Gormley (for Sutra) and the popular War Horse by Rae Smith.
