In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the tragic death of Marilyn Monroe, photographic legend Phil Stern presents an exhibition of his photos of the ultimate blonde bombshell. Stern, now 92, took some memorable photos of Monroe in the 1950s, including a sensitive, candid portrait highlighting her vulnerability that is one of the most memorable of all Monroe photos, and some rarely-seen images from 1958 in which she is visibly pregnant. See the photos, along with the legendary Stern, at the opening of Marilyn at his Downtown gallery on August 5, or during regular gallery hours and during Downtown Art Walk until November 1.
