Bellhops turn hair-hoppers at Thompson Hotel’s well-groomed London aerie Belgraves, with new ‘Big Night Out’ and ‘style & stay’ projects.
It began last week when famed stylist Errol Douglas set his scissors upon four bellboys and –girls at the Belgraves hotel, giving some love to one of the hardest-working jobs in the hospitality business.
Now Project Bell Boy is well into the launch of “Belgraves Big Night Out,” Thompson Hotel’s new “style & stay” package. To celebrate the launch of the package, Douglas and his minions holed up in the hotel’s Room 100, and manned styling stations while the hotel staff served luscious libations and comestible canapés from the gastronaut-acclaimed Hix. (A Bellboy Bellini is in the works.)
Belgraves Big Night Out Package is available from 20 August, costing from £1,200 + VAT and includes:
- Overnight stay in a suite
- Midday check-in and 6pm check-out
- Two hair styling sessions (Blow-dry and Gents’ Cut) at the Errol Douglas salon
- Belgraves Bell Boy / Bell Girl escort to salon
- Complimentary Moroccan Oil hair products
- Two complimentary glasses of champagne
- Chauffeur driven car to a West End destination
- Hix Belgravia breakfast in bed
