East-London based Macolm Jones presents a series of new canvases and watercolours for this new show at Coleman Project Space in Bermondsey. He’s an artist with an interesting history and way of working, having previously exhibited works made from rope, wood, horsehair and plaster. These days he focuses on paradoxical illusions, playing with notions of space and perspective to produce paintings that beguile and amuse in equal measure.
