Gild Hall’s new Italian eatery and wine bar lounge open shutters
Gild Hall-the Financial District’s go-to luxury hotel for the savvy businessman (and -women), at historic 15 Gold Street, has added a cozy new Tuscan restaurant, Felice Ristorante & Wine Bar, with an upstairs wine lounge, La Soffitta.
Candlelit tables and weathered wood-plank floors set a warm tone, for either intimate business meets or after-work drinks, for visitors and locals alike. Regional wines are featured. Our favorite dishes are the Risotto with carnaroli rice, porcini mushroom, cheese, sangiovese and blueberry reduction, and the short rib brisket with crescenza, pancetta, cipollini onion, pickle, and homemade fries.
