L.L. Bean Signature’s new Service Boot
OK, it’s Fashion Week, and we should be showcasing the runway duds. But for those dudes who don’t give a damn, here’s a rare thing indeed: a classic boot for men that is just pretty much dang perfect (see image of “Service Boot” below). Based on a WWII naval-issue number, it boasts a roughed-out leather exterior that looks like worn suede, with a stacked rubber sole. We love the lean ankle fit and the fat laces too.
